Mr. Junjie Li is a founding partner of Pinetree Equity Management Co., Ltd., a senior corporate investment and management consultant and a renowned expert.
Mr. Li has long been engaged in macroeconomic research, corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, bankruptcy and corporate investment and financing, business management research, consulting and practical operations. He has participated in many national studies on state-owned enterprises, restructuring and bankruptcy organized by relevant state departments and participated in drafting relevant laws and policies. He participated in drafting, revising and advising economic regulations such as the Bankruptcy Law, and presided over the drafting of documents related to the management of state-owned assets transfer in Shanghai.
Mr. Li has served as investment advisor and financial advisor to many financial institutions, including China Investment Bank, Daewoo Securities, China Science and Technology Trust and Investment Corporation, Jilin Securities, etc. He has served as listing and standing financial advisor to many state-owned enterprises, including Tsingdao Beer, Harbin Pharmaceuticals, and Ha Tian Ge.
