OUR HISTORY
Pinetree (Shanghai) was cofounded in 2012 by Pinetree (Singapore) Capital Partners Pte Ltd.,Siyuan Merger and Bankruptcy Consultant Firm (a.k.a “Siyuan”) and Prince Fund Management Ltd. (a.k.a “Prince”). It was one of the first entities approved by Shanghai Financial Services Office for fund management, which can initiate the establishment of joint RMB PE funds.
Pinetree (Singapore) is a fund management company approved and supervised by Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is one of the few institutions which can initiate immigration funds in Singapore and mainly focuses on PE investments in the fast-growing companies in China and South-East Asia.
Siyuan is a consulting institution established in 1990s. It features the comprehensive services of M&A, corporate management and capital investment and has won a prominent reputation among the clients through its 30 years’ diligence and quality services.
Prince is a professional firm wholly trusted for securities and futures investments. It is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for asset management.
Pinetree has a wide range of channels and networks for capital raising, which include overseas investors from various industries and a number of prestigious institutions of asset management. The long-established partnership has formed a benign and highly efficient work routine.
